  Your employer provides your employee ID, which is mapped to your mobile number within the App for identification purposes.

  The App may collect your location information (with your permission) to ensure you are within the designated work area when clocking in/out.

• Automatically Collected Information

  In addition to the user-provided information, the App may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's operating system, and information about the way you use the App.

We may use the information we collect from our Application for the following purposes:

• To provide and improve the BLEhive Application functionality.
• To track and record employee attendance data based on BLE and location.
• To respond to customer service requests.
• For compliance and auditing purposes related to employment records.

Location Data

When you use the BLEhive app, we collect and process location data from your device's location services to enable employee attendance tracking functionality. This location data is solely used for this purpose within the App.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Once your data is no longer needed for attendance tracking, it will be permanently deleted.
